Important Notice: Breastfeeding is recommended for as long as possible. Cerelac Maize with Milk is intended for complementary feeding from 6 months of age and should not be used as a breastmilk substitute before this age.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure all feeding utensils are clean.

2. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to a lukewarm temperature.

3. Pour 150ml of lukewarm water into a clean baby bowl.

4. Add 50g (approximately 5 level tablespoons) of Cerelac Maize with Milk.

5. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Always check the temperature before feeding your baby with a clean spoon.
